Steel Panther - All You Can Eat (2014)
From the opening acoustic riff of album opener "Pussywhipped" to final chord hit in the album closer "She's On The Rag", it is clear STEEL PANTHER is back and better than ever.
Songs like "Gloryhole", "Gangbang At The Old Folks Home" and "BVS" all showcase STEEL PANTHER's incredible musicianship and ability to write memorable and sometimes educational songs.
The debut single, "Party Like Tomorrow Is The End Of The World", was released in November with a star-studded video directed by Rob Riggle that has been viewed over 660,000 times.
STEEL PANTHER has also partnered up with acclaimed Los Angeles food truck Grill 'Em All for a promotion to coincide with the announcement of the release date of "All You Can Eat". Grill 'Em All was the winner of the first season of the "Great American Food Truck" on the Food Network and is known for their heavy metal themed burgers. The band unveiled the album cover of "All You Can Eat" on the Grill 'Em All truck and the truck will roam around Los Angeles giving away "The Fat Girl" and the "Eatin' Ain't Cheatin' Cheeseburger" for free to all STEEL PANTHER fans in Los Angeles.
Regarding the new CD title, singer Michael Starr said: "We feel like STEEL PANTHER is like a buffet. You know what I mean?! There's a little bit of everything for everybody. And you can have as much of us as you want."
The not-safe-for-work version of the official "Party Like Tomorrow Is The End Of The World" video includes celebrity cameos by "Jackass" star Steve-O, porn icon Ron Jeremy, "Breaking Bad" actor RJ Mitte and MMA fighter Chuck Liddell.
Speaking to the South Bend Tribune, STEEL PANTHER drummer Stix Zadinia (real name: Darren Leader) stated about the band's new CD: "If you liked [2009's] 'Feel The Steel' and [2011's] 'Balls Out', you will love this record. It is more heavy metal songs that are hooky and great and fun and make you want to rock and make you want to have a good time and party. Also, there is a lot of riffage on this album that I think anybody who has ever questioned this band ? 'Oh, those guys wear spandex and it is 2000-whatever' ? these songs are going to put all of that to rest."
"Balls Out" sold nearly 12,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 40 on The Billboard 200 chart.
Quote:The quartet began to gain popularity in the Sunset Strip during the early 2000s under the name Metal Shop (soon changed into Metal Skool, then into Steel Panther). Their lineup consists of vocalist Ralph Saenz ("Michael Starr" drummer Darren Leader ("Stix Zadinia" bassist Travis Haley ("Lexxi Foxx" and guitarist Russ Parrish ("Satchel" . The band did weekly shows on Monday nights at the Viper Room, playing covers of 1980s hair metal hits while parodying the bands that made the songs famous. Despite the name changes, and some members putting in time in a Van Halen tribute band, they finally managed to gain some success. In 2003 Steel Panther published Hole Patrol, their self-produced debut. The band appeared in a Discover Card advertisement as Danger Kitty and in the sitcom Drew Carey Show as themselves. Also in 2003, their song "Death to All But Metal" was included in a compilation CD called Hey, That's What I Call Sludge! Vol. 1 put out by the Metal Sludge web site. Their cover of the song "Fantasy" by Aldo Nova was used as the opening musical theme for the MTV program Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory. On November 27, 2007 Metal Skool played original songs as well as covers of KISS songs at the Gene Simmons roast, they can be seen in the background of Gene Simmons' reality show Gene Simmons Family Jewels. That year, they also appeared as themselves on Las Vegas in the episode "The High Price of Gas".
In April 2008 the band decided to change their name from Metal Skool to Steel Panther, making a new debut at The Rockin' Saddle Club in Redlands, California. In an interview with Michael Starr, he states that the band's name wasn't inspired by Steel Dragon, the band with Zakk Wylde and Mark Wahlberg in the movie Rock Star. In May 2008, the band signed a contract with Republic Records (owned by record label Universal Records) announcing plans for a new studio album.
The first single, an updated version of "Death to All but Metal", first appeared on iTunes on 27 January 2009, whereas the album, entitled Feel the Steel and produced by Jay Ruston, was published on 9 June, during the same year. A promotional video, directed by actor Dean Cameron, was shot for the song "Fat Girl (Thar She Blows.)"
Sometime collaborator Dean Cameron, also credited with co-writing "Supersonic Sex Machine" on "Balls Out", directed and co-wrote a pilot presentation in an attempt to land Steel Panther their own television program.
On December 6, 2011, Steel Panther announced their second solo UK tour in support of their newest album Balls Out. Tickets for the shows went on sale on December 9, 2011, with many ticket providers selling out their allocations within a month. This Prompted another headline UK tour taking place in November 2012
Steel Panther played on the main stage at Download Festival in June 2012, during which they were joined on stage by Corey Taylor of Slipknot to play Death to All But Metal. They played in front of a crowd of over 100,000 people.

michaelbio?I Started singing in kindergarten doing school plays. I also sang to my baby sitter so she would hug me and I could be next to her boobs. As a freshman I moved to L.A. with my mom cause she met this guy who sold drugs and produced a TV show in Hollywood. I Started my first band called ?Free Beer?. I had to change the name cause people always wanted to drink our beer that we had and that sucked. So I changed the name to ?Black Panther,? cause chicks dig cats and black cars. We played keg parties and school talent shows. We came in 10th place in the talent show and that?s when the chicks started coming. Anyway, the keg parties were way cooler cause we got free beer all the time and we could get high on stage, plus we could steal food from the house we played and sleep there too. ( with chicks of course)?
satchelbio ?I was raised in the entertainment business. My mom was a waitress at one of the first Chuck E. Cheese?s to be built in Fresno, Ca., and my Dad auditioned for the Gong Show twice. Also, my Grandma is from Switzerland, and apparently there is quite a long line of yodelers on her side of the family. I think yodeling is for dicks, but with all the talent in my family, it?s really not surprising that I?m a shredding guitarist.?
lexxibio?I?m Lexxi Foxx. The extra ?X? is for extra SEX! I like my name because Lexxi rhymes with sexy. And Foxx rhymes with box, which is another name for a Vagina. Vaginas are cool becaue me and the guys stick our penises in them all the time. Michael says that if you put your penis in a dirty vagina, you can catch an SUV like herpes or The Clap. That one makes it burn when you pee. That can also happen if you masturbate with soap and it gets in your penis hole.?
stixbio? Some drummers hit. Some drummers tap. When it comes to drums and hash pipes, nobody hits that shit harder than me. The only tapping I?m doing is when I?m tapping some dirty bitch?s ass in the dressing room. I was raised in Jersey by my grandmother. She lived through the great depression. It must?ve really left an impression on her, cause growing up she never let me leave the dinner table without finishing every scrap of food on my plate. It was always high carb stuff, too. This led to me being morbidly obese by the third grade. I once missed the opportunity to audition for Bon Jovi by being over the weight limit by 230 plus lbs.?Musicians:
Michael Starr ? lead vocals, backing vocals
Satchel ? lead, rhythm and acoustic guitars, backing vocals
Lexxi Foxxx ? bass guitar, backing vocals
Stix Zadinia ? drums, percussion, piano, backing vocals
